"Bush's Hurricane Response A Disaster" is the headline for a column by Michael Hiltzik in the Business Section (believe it or not) of this morning's LA Times. Without being hysterical, this sort of lays out the unfortunate truths laid bare before everyone over the last few days. You might have to "register" with the Times web site, but it's simple, and they don't send you e-mails or bug you in any way, so go for it, it's worth it.
