GOP Senators Search For Wealthy Corpses To Shore Up Estate Tax Repeal Effort
This one comes from Time Magazine Online. It seems that some Republican Senators are now concerned that their newest financial gift to the wealthy, repeal of the Estate Tax, is in trouble since the Gulf Coast disaster. To remedy this, they're searching for corpses in New Orleans...........but only rich ones.
Let's rename them. It's not the "Grand Old Party"; it's the "Ghouls Only Party". Jesus!

You'll be pleased to know that the disgrace of Katrina has already had electoral consequences.
Unfortunately, they were in Germany, where Schroeder's last minute comeback was due in part to the images from New Orleans.
